Description
Synonyms: Prairie Penstemon A glabrous and glaucous native perennial, stems tend to be bent at the base; produces blue flowers from May to early June. Found across short-grass prairie, SD and MT, south to NM. Best in full sun, drought tolerant, great for shorter native mixes.
